The purpose of the activity was to inform the importance of exercise and sports in our lives. We have presented the advantages of exercise and sports for the health of each person. In more detail, we presented the contribution of exercise to mental health, physical health, social well-being, emotional health, and the changes it can bring to you. Reference has also been made to the importance of our diet and how to maintain it. a proper balance between diet and exercise.
Circular gymnastic
Introduction to Circular Exercise at the Hylatio hotel in Pissouri. The activity is aimed at young people who wish to include Circular Exercise in their daily lives. The action took place outside. We have done a circuit training where he had 8-10 exercises back to back with little to no rest. With each execution of the exercise cycle, they had a short rest of up to 1 minute before starting the cycle again. The execution of the cycle has been done 3 times, depending on the strength of the team.
